**Overview** An issue occurred where virtual account creation was disrupted due to DNS resolution failures across multiple services. Normal functionality was restored after corrective actions were applied to the infrastructure and affected services. **Client Impact** Clients experienced delays in virtual account creation, so their accounts were not available within the expected timeframe. Impacted accounts were later created successfully following remediation. **Root Cause** The disruption was caused by a faulty Kubernetes node that degraded DNS service quality, leading to cascading resolution failures. Contributing factors included insufficient DNS capacity and persistent cached failures in dependent services. **Remediation** The faulty node was isolated, DNS resources were scaled, and affected services were restarted to clear cached errors.
