    We are currently experiencing an issue affecting foreign exchange quote and trade processing for a subset of currency pairs. To minimise customer impact, traffic has been rerouted to an alternative provider while our teams investigate the underlying issue. Customers may experience reduced quote availability or delays for some non-major currency pairs. We are actively monitoring the service and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

    We have identified the cause of the issue affecting foreign exchange quote and trade processing and have implemented mitigation measures to restore service availability. Trading functionality has been restored and quote requests have been rerouted through an alternative provider while we continue to monitor platform stability.
