  1. investigating Sep 25, 2026, 06:00 AM UTC

We're aware that Real-Time API requests are currently timing out due to an issue with an upstream data source. Our team is working on a fix and we'll post an update here when RTAPI is back to normal.

  2. investigating Oct 02, 2026, 11:25 AM UTC

Real-Time API requests have started recovering and most requests are now completing normally. You may still see occasional timeouts while the service stabilises. We're monitoring closely and will post a final update here once RTAPI is fully back to normal.

  3. resolved Oct 08, 2026, 06:08 AM UTC

Real-Time API requests are completing normally again. The issue was caused by capacity constraints at an upstream data source, which has since been scaled up. Our latest checks show all requests succeeding with response times back in the expected range. Thank you for your patience.
