Copado is currently working on an issue causing the jobs to be stuck in Sending Callout. This is affecting different jobs like commit, promotions, deployments, metadata refresh, etc You can see "Sending Callout" message in the screen or, if you are deploying, the deployment status will not change from Scheduled. Deployments created from the promotion record will remain in status Draft and the deployment step will not be created. This known issue will be updated as soon as we have more information.
