    We’ve identified an issue where users may receive an error when attempting to load Insight reports within the Convercent platform. Impact is limited to users accessing the service through the APP-EU environment. We’re investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

    We’ve confirmed that the issue was caused by some unexpected network latency, resulting in our daily scheduled maintenance of the Insights and Benchmarking service being delayed by approximately 7 hours. The automated maintenance has completed and the service has been restored.
