    We are currently experiencing an issue where users cannot access the Insights and Benchmarking reporting functionality. This impact is limited to users accessing the service in the EU Production environment. The issue occurred following a scheduled maintenance period, during which a data refresh could not complete in time. As a result, the Insights and Benchmarking reporting functionality is currently unavailable. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

In addition to the Insights and Benchmarking reporting functionality, users may also experience degraded performance or loading issues with the Issue Manager and Disclosure Manager modules.     Service has been fully restored for the Issue Manager and Disclosure Manager modules, which are now operating normally. However, the Insights and Benchmarking reporting functionality remains unavailable. We are continuing to work on this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
