    Between 06:03 and 07:34 UTC (91 minutes) users were unable to access the Insights and Benchmarking reporting functionality. The impact was limited to users accessing the service in the EU Production environment. The issue occurred following a scheduled maintenance period, during which a data refresh could not be completed in time. As a result, the Insights and Benchmarking reporting functionality was unavailable.
