    We’ve identified an issue where users hosted on the EU Production environment were unable to access the Convercent service. We’ve determined that the issue was the result of an incorrect configuration that utilised an outdated certification. We’ve amended the configuration, which has successfully resolved the issue. This Issue would have affected users between the 5th Jan 2025, 00:00 UTC to the 6th Jan 2025, 09:50 UTC Root cause analysis investigations have been initiated and an RCA will be provided.
