    We’ve identified an issue affecting the delivery of OneTrust emails serviced by our third party provider SendGrid. Customers hosted in EU Production may notice a delay in the delivery of email notifications from the platform. We’re investigating this issue further and we’ll provide an update as soon as possible.

    Our third party provider SendGrid has performed corrective actions, which we anticipate has prevented further impact from occurring. Customers hosted in the EU Production environment may potentially see delays in the delivery of email notifications that should have occurred prior to this action. We’re reviewing our environment to confirm the current impact and determine any further troubleshooting steps. We’ll provide an update once this review is complete.
