    1. Due to our external service provider for SMS Texting, signing Customer Deliveries via Text is not working. Please use other methods for customer delivery signature capture. 2. Emailing documents from Connex may not be received by customers. Please use alternative workarounds during this time.

    Connex SMS Texting and Emailing is now back to normal service.
