Additional ETH transaction displayed on account

  2. investigating Jan 09, 2025, 01:01 PM UTC

We are currently investigating an issue where some users are seeing incorrect ETH transactions in their accounts. This issue is related to incomplete data from Coinbase’s API during their ETH2 wallet deprecation process. For affected users, this may cause ETH transactions to appear as "sent" without showing a corresponding incoming transaction to the new staked ETH account. Please note that this is a display issue, not a system compromise. We are actively working with Coinbase to resolve this issue and will provide updates as we learn more. If you notice any unusual behavior in your account, please rest assured that we are aware and addressing it. You can subscribe for updates by upvoting the open report here: https://feedback.cointracker.io/bugs/p/additional-eth-transaction-synced-from-coinbase

  3. resolved Jan 16, 2025, 02:46 PM UTC

This issue is now resolved. Please use the "Update Coinbase Account" option on the Wallets page to reauthenticate if you are still facing issues.
