We are currently investigating an intermittent display issue with transactions. This issue may cause recent transactions to be visible on your account statement and may, in rare cases, cause account balances to not update accordingly with recent transactions. Please note this is only an issue with displaying the transaction information or the account balance. Transactions are still successfully being made, even if they are not visible in your CoinJar account. We will provide an update as soon as we have one. Please email [email protected] if you have any concerns or would like to check on a transaction, or request the transaction ID. As a temporary workaround to view your latest transactions and balance, please refresh CoinJar (if you're accessing CoinJar from a web browser) or completely close and re-open the CoinJar mobile app.
