    We are actively investigating an issue preventing users from downloading reports in Production for some of our products. Affected users will notice that they are not able to download new reports for their companies using our Categorized Bank Statement, Credit Review or Spend Analysis products. This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 5pm UK time.

    We have identified the cause of the incident and have implemented a fix in Production. Affected users should notice that they are now able to download reports via the Codat Portal and API as usual. Our teams continue to monitor the platform to ensure continued stability.
