    Our SG region dashboard nodes are experiencing downtime due to an underlying AWS issue. We are working with the AWS team to bring the nodes back online. Our customers are facing 5xx errors while accessing the dashboard. Scheduled campaigns + data ingestion is not affected.

    AWS team has resolved the underlying infra issue and the nodes are back up online. Customers can access the dashboard and the issue is marked as resolved.
