Mar 5, 01:52 PST Resolved - We have made necessary infra changes to get the systems up and running. Your Success managers have been communicating with you on this. This will continue to happen to address specific queries, relay information about what followed the AWS outage. Mar 2, 02:37 PST Update - Disruption in AWS services in the META region is still on-going. Due to this, CleverTap systems are down. The situation is being monitored and further updates will be shared as soon as we have more information. Mar 2, 00:10 PST Investigating - Systems are down right now. The disruption of AWS services continues in META region and is impacting CleverTap components. Alternate ways to bring the systems backup are being explored. Next update will be shared in one hour. Mar 1, 22:56 PST Monitoring - We have implemented some infra changes and all systems are operational. We are monitoring the systems now. Mar 1, 22:39 PST Investigating - Our MEC region customers are experiencing downtime in some of the components. This is due to the disruption in AWS services in the region. We are working with AWS team to bring systems back up. We will provide another update in a hour, or sooner if we have additional information to share.
