CleverTap experienced a major incident on March 4, 2024 affecting API Ingestion and SDK Ingestion and 1 more component, lasting 32m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are experiencing degraded performance on some of our IN (instances). Data ingestion will be delayed and some of the campaigns will be running slow/delayed. Dashboard queries will be slow/not working for a few customers. We are currently investigating the incident and will update here in the next 30 minutes.

The degraded performance issue is resolved. And ingestion of data is getting cleared for the affected instances. We are monitoring the situation and will update here when all delay is cleared.

This incident has been resolved and all the services are back to normal and the delay is cleared for the affected hosts completely.
