We have identified an issue that is causing leads that are trying to get a home evaluation to get an error page after registration. The lead is still getting created and receiving a welcome email, but is not getting their evaluation at this time. We are working on the fix right at this moment and should have it resolved in the next 15 - 30 minutes. We will send another update as soon as the fix is in the wild.

This issue has now been resolved and leads will get their home evaluation. If you have any leads that came in through one of your home evaluation pages this morning between 7:35am EST and 11:30am EST, these leads will not have a home evaluation and will need the professional opinion of a live realtor as to what their home is worth.
