We are currently working on resolving an issue where users are being auto signed out after a couple of minutes of being signed in. This is affecting the CINC Pro websites, the CINC Pro CRM, the CINC Agent App, the Houses.net app and the Open Houses app. Our database team is currently working on the resolution and should have the fix shortly.

A potential fix is rolling out right now for the issue that is causing users to be auto-logged out of the CINC apps and/ or sites. This fix should be completely live in the next 20 minutes or so. We will update again as soon as the rollout is complete and we have tested that everything is again working as it should.

Our fix is rolled out and we are monitoring the performance of the CINC platforms and apps. Looks like everything is good to go.

The issue you were experiencing this morning has been fixed. Last night we had some database maintenance that we believed would improve performance of all CINC platforms and CINC apps. This change inadvertently caused us not to be able to save the current session of users that were logging in. So, after a minute or two, users may have been auto-logged out of the app or website and forced to log back in. Some users might have seen error messages when trying to perform actions on the site or CRM. We did not foresee this being an issue and are very sorry we caused the login issues and errors this morning. Our developers and database team are reviewing why this happened so that this does not happen in the future and so that we can continue to make the CINC platform faster and more performant without causing issues for you, your team or your leads.
