Update timeline

  1. investigating Sep 19, 2018, 01:02 PM UTC

We are currently investigating some login issues that we found in the CINC Agent app on iOS this morning. When trying to login, there is an error message of "failed to load master pipeline" showing and the login does not happen. This is only affecting the CINC Agent App on iOS devices. The web sign in and Android sign in are working, so please use one of those as an alternative this morning as we work to fix this.

  2. investigating Sep 19, 2018, 01:27 PM UTC

We are still looking into the cause of this issue. This may only be affecting a very small set of agents. If you were already logged in, you probably will not encounter this issue unless you try to log out and then back in again. Again, this is affecting only iOS devices on the CINC Agent.

  3. investigating Sep 19, 2018, 01:39 PM UTC

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

  4. identified Sep 19, 2018, 01:55 PM UTC

We have found the issue causing logins not to work on CINC Agent for iOS. We are rolling out a fix very shortly.

  5. resolved Sep 19, 2018, 02:08 PM UTC

The login issue on CINC Agent for iOS has been resolved. All logins are now working. Again, this only happened for those that were logged out of the CINC Agent app on iPhone and were trying to login this morning.
