Those messages are delayed and will be displayed with a small "clock" next to the message timestamp on the Chats tab. We are already working on it and all those messages will be sent as soon as the system is restored. We will provide further updates soon.

Due to a recent Meta change on their API, some users may not appear correctly in your bot's People Tab. Our team is aware of this issue and we are already working on a fix. We will resolve the issue after running some internal tests to ensure everything is working correctly.
