Those messages are delayed and will be displayed with a small "clock" next to the message timestamp on the Chats tab. Due to a recent Meta change on their API, some users may not appear correctly in your bot's People Tab. Our team is aware of this issue and we are already working on a fix. We will resolve the issue after running some internal tests to ensure everything is working correctly.
