A small portion of Panel (https://panel.chatfuel.com) bots may have issues with messages right now. Those messages are delayed and will be displayed with a small "clock" next to the message timestamp on the Chats tab. We are already working on it and all those messages will be sent as soon as the system is restored. We will provide further updates soon.
A fix has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results. A small portion of messages might be missing and will still show with a "clock" icon (pending status), but it should work for all new messages.
