    As of this morning (04:45 CET) we are seeing failures for all bol ads operations. We are investigating the cause of this issue. While this incident is ongoing, bol ads operations may show as "Queued" or "Failed" in the Channable tool and Channable-managed bol ads will not be updated.

    We have noticed that orders from Bol.com are not being processed for some sellers. Bol has acknowledged that there is an issue retrieving orders through their API and they are working on identifying the issue. Orders can still be manually handled in the seller account directly.

    Bol reported working on a fix for the problem since they determined the cause. All new orders should be working again as usual. There will be a batch of orders which are still reported to be stuck, this is about all orders between last night 19:00 and today 12:00. We will continue to monitor anything that bol reports about this.

    Bol mentioned that the issue has been resolved. They also mentioned to carefully check all open orders on all pages on the orders portal of bol. Orders placed yesterday potentially landed on later pages. Furthermore our system continue to function normally.

    We are aware of an issue which is reducing the performance of the Channable application. We are investigating the cause of this problem. While this incident is ongoing the Channable application may be slow or unresponsive. Order processing and background processing is not affected.

    On the Google Ads status page we were notified of a service disruption. This disruption affects our insights feature, causing the download of the data to fail in Channable. We are currently working to determine the impact and a possible workaround.

    We have determined that there is no direct and safe workaround for the current problem. We will have to wait until the problem is resolved on the side of Google. If there are any updates, we will post them here.

    We are currently not able to access the Walmart API. This means that Walmart apis are failing and we are not able to retrieve orders, returns and forward shipment and stock updates. We are in contact with Walmart about this issue.

    We noticed that the Order dashboards in the Channable frontend are currently not displaying any data to our users. We are aware of this issue and are working on resolving this. The order functionality within Channable is unaffected and still works as intended. We are investigating if any other component is affected.

    We have noticed an increase in failed API calls to Bol. It is a known issue which they are currently investigating https://developers.bol.com/en/news/incident-20240529. This affects many calls made to Bol, including Exports, Orders, Stock updates and Repricers. We will continue monitoring the situation closely.

    We have observed a decrease in error rate for API calls to Bol.com, we have rerun all the failing apis and we continue to monitor the situation.

    This incident has been resolved. We have observed that our Bol API Exports, Orders, and Repricers are working as expected again. Any failed exports have been restarted. Orders and returns that were missed during the outage are currently being recovered automatically.

    We are experiencing an issue preventing the processing of jobs in the Channable application. While this is ongoing, imports and exports will remain on the 'Queued' status instead of executing. Orders and repricers remain unaffected.
