    We are currently investigating a potential Amazon Web Services (AWS) hardware failure that is impacting the CentralReach platform. As a result, we had to start an immediate maintenance window and the platform was currently unavailable. The maintenance window is now complete and we are continuing to monitor system performance. We appreciate your patience.
