CENTEGIX is investigating an incident impacting the CrisisAlert Mobile app. Responders are intermittently unable to login to the CrisisAlert Mobile App, which will impact receipt of alerts via the Mobile App. Affected Responders should use CrisisAlert Web or the CrisisAlert Desktop App to receive alerts.

The CrisisAlert Responder App login issue has been resolved. If a Responder is able to log in to the app, no action is required. For Responders that were unable to log in to the app, an updated version of the CrisisAlert Responder App will be available in the app store today. Please instruct these Responders to install the latest version of the “CENTEGIX CrisisAlert” app from the App Store.
