  3. resolved Oct 20, 2025, 09:53 PM UTC

Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced a widespread outage impacting numerous service providers. While the majority of our platform does not leverage AWS, our LoRa badge and LoRa strobe services were directly impacted by the AWS incident, which impacted their IoT Core. • LoRa badge presses and LoRa strobe activations were impacted. • LoRa badge assignment was impacted, but not other badge management actions such as unassign, toggle off, etc. • Alerts that were activated through the CENTEGIX Mobile App, Desktop App and Web were able to send mobile and desktop notifications - along with intercom messaging - but did not activate LoRa strobes. • Zigbee platform customers were not affected. As of 4PM EDT, we have confirmed that alerts are processing and Administrator functions are now available and functioning properly.
