    Visitor Management Classic (Ident-a-Kid) experienced a service outage. CENTEGIX Engineers resolved the incident and the Command Center has confirmed service stability. All services are functioning normally. Visitor Management 2.0 was not affected.

    CENTEGIX New Visitor Management users were unable to login to the new Visitor Management application. Classic Visitor Management (Ident-a-Kid) was not affected. Engineers resolved the login issue and CENTEGIX Support confirmed normal service operations.

    CENTEGIX is monitoring an incident with Amazon AWS that is impacting the ability to activate an alert with your LoRa CrisisAlert BADGE. Amazon is engaged and working to restore services. Responders are able to activate alerts with the CENTEGIX Mobile App, Desktop App and Web, which will activate mobile and desktop notifications - and intercom messaging, but LoRa strobes will not activate until the AWS incident is resolved.

    We have confirmed that alerts are beginning to process. We are continuing to monitor the AWS service impact and will provide another update once we have additional information. Amazon Web Service (AWS) is experiencing a widespread outage impacting numerous service providers. CENTEGIX uses AWS IoT Core to to manage LoRa devices. We've confirmed the following service interruptions during the incident: -LoRa badge presses and LoRa strobe activation are impacted. (Badges and strobes communicate with CENTEGIX through AWS LoRaWAN Network Server) -LoRa badge assignment is not available, but not other badge management actions such as unassign, toggle off, etc. -Alerts that are activated through the CENTEGIX Mobile App, Desktop App and Web will sending mobile and desktop notifications and intercom messaging, but will not activate LoRa strobes.

    Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced a widespread outage impacting numerous service providers. While the majority of our platform does not leverage AWS, our LoRa badge and LoRa strobe services were directly impacted by the AWS incident, which impacted their IoT Core. • LoRa badge presses and LoRa strobe activations were impacted. • LoRa badge assignment was impacted, but not other badge management actions such as unassign, toggle off, etc. • Alerts that were activated through the CENTEGIX Mobile App, Desktop App and Web were able to send mobile and desktop notifications - along with intercom messaging - but did not activate LoRa strobes. • Zigbee platform customers were not affected. As of 4PM EDT, we have confirmed that alerts are processing and Administrator functions are now available and functioning properly.
