We are currently experiencing network issues in our Reading DC location, this is due to a DDOS attack, we have implemented mitigations however we are still seeing intermittent connectivity issues. We will update this thread at 12PM with the next update.

This has continued to be stable, we will continue to monitor very closely for the next 24hrs. Our apologies for the issues caused by this attack, unfortunately due to its changing nature it was very difficult to pin down. We will see what learnings we can take to improve our response to such an issue in future.
