    At midnight central time on July 11, 2019 an issue with our caching system caused carrot.com and customer sites to become unavailable until 8:30am central time. We got to the bottom of the issue and everything is now available. No data was lost: the only issue was sites failing to load. Additionally: our automated systems for updating the status page to report an outage were not triggered. We are going to fix that ASAP. In the future we will post a manual update like this one as soon as an issue is detected. We truly apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively making updates to make sure this type of outage is impossible in the future.
