There's a small portion of sites launched before 2019 having trouble being reached by Verizon devices. If this is you, please double-check your site settings are up to date with a CNAME to “carrot.com” (and not to “oncarrot.com”) https://help.carrot.com/tutorial/using-a-custom-domain-name/
