Some customers may be experiencing intermittent connectivity issues when accessing Carousel Cloud. Our upstream cloud hosting provider (AWS) has confirmed they are investigating a networking issue that is impacting the components that Carousel Cloud relies on. We are monitoring the situation closely and will post updates as we work toward a resolution.

Our hosting provider has identified the issue and is working on bringing back full connectivity. Our monitoring indicates that a majority of impacted customers should have their access restored by this point. We're expecting to be back to normal operations soon.
