  1. investigating Jun 25, 2026, 10:32 PM UTC

Cardinal is aware of an intermittent latency with the VCAS Rule Tester feature within the VCAS Portal Rules Management application. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. We regret any inconvenience this may cause for our affected clients. Reported Start Time: TBD Impact: At this time, there is no impact to transaction processing. VCAS rule execution and live transaction decisioning continue to operate as expected. However, some users may experience delays or inconsistent results when running tests against rules configured in the VCAS UI. If a rule test does not return results, please rerun the test. In most cases, the test should complete successfully upon retry. Next Update: When Status Changes
