Subject: User Creation Errors Resolved in the VCAS User Management Application As of Friday June 13th, the issues affecting user creation in the VCAS User Management application, as noted in our previous bulletin, have now been resolved. New VCAS users with existing Visa Access accounts (non-Federated/SSO) can now be created without error directly from the VCAS User Management portal, and normal service has been restored. For more details on user creation from VCAS portal, or more information on how to create users for SSO/Federated organizations, please review the updated VCAS Portal User Guide - User Management Application that is available on Visa Support Hub. If you have not received the new user activation flow, or experience any issues with user creation, please reach out to [email protected]. Please note, the new user activation email is valid for 24 hours. After 24 hours, users can request a new activation link from the original email. Users can request new emails up to three times. After that, users will need to request account activation at [email protected]. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve this matter. Additionally, if you have successfully created a new user but they have not received their activation email, please ensure that your organization is not blocking emails from our no-reply address ([email protected]), and verify that the following IP addresses are not being blocked: • 198.241.162.22 • 198.241.162.12 • 198.241.168.120 • 198.241.168.121 • 198.241.162.10 • 198.241.162.56 • 198.241.168.128 • 198.241.168.129 • CPORTAL1.visa.com - 198.241.162.22 • CPORTAL2.visa.com - 198.241.162.12 • CPORTAL3.visa.com - 198.241.168.120 • CPORTAL4.visa.com - 198.241.168.121 • CPORTAL5.visa.com - 198.241.162.10 • CPORTAL6.visa.com - 198.241.162.56 • CPORTAL7.visa.com - 198.241.168.128 • CPORTAL8.visa.com - 198.241.168.129 Reminder: The legacy VCAS portal URL will be sunset soon (date to be announced).
