Update timeline

  1. identified Mar 01, 2024, 11:24 PM UTC

Cardinal monitoring has detected intermittent issues processing consumer authentication (3DS) transactions. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Estimated Start Time: 2204 3/1/24 UTC Impact: Merchants may be experiencing higher than normal latency while processing 3D-Secure transactions resulting in an increase in Enrollment Status B (Bypass) and U (Unavailable). Depending on merchant specific business logic, these transactions may not have been authorized or would have been authorized as standard E-Commerce or Attempts transactions. Cardinal engineers are currently engaged in resolving this issue. The next update will be in 1 hour or as the current status changes. Please do not hesitate to contact the Cardinal support team if you have any questions or concerns.

  2. resolved Mar 01, 2024, 11:43 PM UTC

Reported Start Time: 3/1/24 2204 UTC Reported End Time: 3/1/24 22:42 UTC Please do not hesitate to contact the Cardinal support team if you have any questions or concerns.
