    VISA monitoring has detected issues on the VCAS Portal Rules Manager application specifically the VCAS rule tester functionality. https://identifiportal.cardinalcommerce.com/ Impact: Issuers may be experiencing inability to test new rules against historical traffic within the VCAS Portal Rules Manager application. At this time, consumer authentication processing is not impacted, and other VCAS portal applications are functional. VISA engineers are currently engaged in resolving this issue. If you're continuing to have issues with the VCAS Portal please clear and refresh your browser cache. We'll send an update once the current status changes.
