Cardinal monitoring identified intermittent issues processing consumer authentication (3DS) transactions out of our East Coast Datacenter provider. Reported Start Time: 10:18 UTC Reported End Time: 10:22 UTC During this time, customers may have experienced an increase in transactions resulting in an Enrollment status of U - Unavailable or Authentication status of U - Unavailable. The issue has been fully resolved. Cardinal is conducting an internal review of the event with our Data Center provider to mitigate against future occurrences.
