  1. investigating Jun 16, 2026, 06:46 PM UTC

We are investigating an issue impacting functionality in Engage. Users may experience pages failing to load, errors when accessing the site. Our team is actively working to restore full admin functionality.

  2. monitoring Jun 16, 2026, 07:13 PM UTC

Some users are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues following a recent domain registrar transfer. During a brief window in the transfer process, we believe some DNS resolvers cached incorrect nameserver information. Our DNS records are correct and fully operational, and affected users will restore automatically as their DNS cache expires. For Windows users, you can do this by restarting your device or opening Command Prompt and running the following command: ipconfig /flushdns Once completed, please try accessing the site again and let us know if the issue persists.
