We are currently experiencing a high volume of registration across the Parent Portal which has activated our Throttle feature. The Throttle ensures a smooth experience for all registrants who are currently logged into their Parent Portal account by temporarily preventing additional registrants from logging in. As people complete their registrations, those who have been waiting will be able to log in and complete their own. If you are speaking to someone who can't log in, ask them to continue refreshing their browser until the log in fields become visible. We will provide an update here when the throttling is over.

The volume of registrations across the Parent Portal has decreased and the Throttle is no longer active. Anyone who is arriving at the Parent Portal should be able to log in right away. If you're experiencing any issues or if you have any questions about the Throttle, call our Support Team.
