We have identified the cause of our ongoing Office Portal connectivity issues, and applied a fix which has restored normal system performance. We are monitoring closely. To solve the ongoing connectivity issues to the Office Portal, we had to disable our new authentication integration (this is the integration to allow for MultiFactor Authentication or MFA). The MultiFactor Authentication feature will not be available for the time-being. We will provide an update when MultiFactor Authentication is restored.
