We are currently experiencing an issue with session option and camp option fees. Your families can register and pay for them properly on your registration portal. But, they are not being processed properly - the charges do not display in the office portal after their registration is submitted. You can manually add the charges for your incoming registrations. Alternatively, you can temporarily shut down your registration while we sort this out. We are on it and doing everything we can to resolve this soundly and quickly. Thanks for your patience.

We are continuing to monitor for any further issues. If your families report a "session is expired" error message when trying to login to your registration portal, let them know that will be resolved by using a different browser or clearing their cache.
