We are currently experiencing an issue with connecting to Worldline for payment processing, your payments and refunds may decline when you try to process them. Our engineers are working with Worldline to identify and fix the problem.

We are continuing to see some payment transactions through Worldline fail with the response “Unable to connect to the remote server”. We have escalated the issue with Worldline and are working with them to resolve the problem as fast as possible.

We are continuing to investigate payments declining through Worldline (also known as Bambora/Beanstream) with the response “Unable to connect to the remote server”. We have escalated the issue with Worldline and are working with them to resolve the problem as fast as possible.

A fix has been implemented from Worldline and we are no longer seeing transactions fail with the response “Unable to connect to the remote server”. Our team will continue to monitor the situation until we are satisfied it is fully resolved.
