We are receiving reports of error messages appearing after taking actions in the Office and Parent portals, as well as general slowness with the Office and Parent portals. We are continuing to investigate the problem.

Our developers believe they have identified a problem between CampBrain and the hosting service, Microsoft Azure, and we are working with Azure engineers to solve the problem. We have made the decision to take the Parent, Staff, and Giving portals offline. CampBrain Office Portal will remain online and should be considered to be in read-only mode. Please avoid taking actions as they may result in errors. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available, thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are seeing improvements on all CampBrain portals, and are now bringing the the Parent, Staff, and Giving portals back online.
