After implementing mitigation measures we are seeing improved, but not yet optimal response times on the Office Portal and Camp Store. While these steps are helping stabilize performance in the short term, our team is continuing to investigate the root cause to ensure a long-term resolution to the underlying performance issues. Please note there was a brief period of slowness earlier this afternoon due to a midday patch. This is now complete and we are once again seeing response times improving.
