    Type: Incident Affected Components: Web App, WLAN Controllers, APIs, , EasyPass, MarketApps, EU Region → Jul 12, 22:45:00 GMT+0 - Resolved - Outage for some EU west pods (5,9,16,22,24) At around 11:43 UTC on Sunday 12 July 2026, some cnMaestro services in the EU west region began to fail due to an EC2 failure. Compounding this, automated recovery of the EC2 workloads also unavailable. AWS support are looking in to the root cause, and we will update this notice if more information becomes available. No network outages were recorded, but configuration changes and metrics collection will have failed for customers on impacted pods. Alternative recovery was completed by 01:58 UTC on Monday 13 July 2026\. We apologise for any inconvenience. We are continuing to monitor before full resolution. Apr 9, 10:05:45 GMT+0 - Identified - We are seeing some recovery of devices and continue to monitor. Impacted devices entered the CPAS window and have been unable to obtain new grant approvals, leaving all CBSDs in an unauthorized/idle state with no active spectrum grants. We are waiting for details from Google on why the termination was triggered. Apr 9, 09:17:30 GMT+0 - Investigating - Customers on the Google CBRS SAS service may be experiencing intermittent outages with logs shoing multiple grant request retries.     Type: Incident Duration: 40 minutes Affected Components: , cnMaestro → Nov 12, 15:45:00 GMT+0 - Identified - At around 15:36Z some clusters began to lose access to the AWS cloudfront CDN, causing delays in page load times and occasionally timeouts. Nov 12, 16:25:00 GMT+0 - Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Between 15:36Z and 16:20Z the web interface of cnMaestro will have been slow and in cases unavailable for users in some US locations. Cambium has a fix under test and expect to roll this out to production for cnMaestro version 5.2.5 (due December 2025)
