    CallTower is investigating reports of customers receiving an error in Connect when trying to assign or release Microsoft Direct Routing numbers to users. CallTower Engineers are urgently investigating the issue. CallTower has opened a master case to investigate this issue as it has been reported by more than one CallTower customer. This issue may or may not directly affect your services and is currently under investigation. If you are affected, please report the issue to [email protected].

    CallTower continues to investigate the issue affecting the number management of Teams Direct Routing in CallTower Connect. This is our top priority as our engineers urgently work to identify the issue. CallTower has opened a master case to investigate this issue as it has been reported by more than one CallTower customer. This issue may or may not directly affect your services and is currently under investigation. If you are affected, please report the issue to [email protected].

    CallTower’s engineers have identified an issue and implemented a fix. Our internal testing and reports from our customers indicate that this issue has been resolved. CallTower will be closing this master case and all associated cases. Within three business days, an Official Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or a Preliminary RCA will be available and provided to customers upon request.
