Identification: 15:23 UTC - We experienced an unexpected increase in latency in one of our API services. This issue resulted in degraded performance for some of our users, causing inconvenience and disruptions. Work Around Suggested to impacted users: 15:30 UTC - After a hard refresh, the dialer performance was restored. Impact: - Taking longer to log in to the dialer. - Sometimes the dialer screen is frozen. - Inputs are reflected on the dialer by a delay of 2-4 seconds. - After making 40-50 calls, facing the poor performance of the dialer.
