    We are investigating reports of slow page loads and/or timeouts with Compass and Cloud.

    We have identified a possible cause and solution and are scheduling corrective action for tonight beginning at 10pm CDT.

    A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

    We found an issue with a firewall that was dropping packets. After contacting and working with the vendor, we have resolved the issue.
