We are currently investigating an issue with creation and deletion of devices and subscribers in Support Cloud (cloud.calix.com)

We have identified an issue related to subscriber updates that occurred this morning between approximately 7am and 9:50am PDT. We have resolved the issue and any new subscriber records should be searchable. Any records entered during that time may not be searchable yet. We are continuing to address that.
