Calix systems are unable to connect to Calix Telemetry Service.

We are currently investigating issues with Calix CPEs being unable to connect to Calix Telemetry Service. If Calix CPE is in a Degraded state due to Calix Telemetry Service, it will affect features depending on this platform.
