Update timeline

  1. identified May 03, 2022, 03:55 PM UTC

A platform update deployed today has introduced an issue with the URL displayed for existing services (created before the update). This causes the output video preview to fail displaying. If you have kept the URL that was previously displayed, you can keep using it because it is still working. If you create a new service the displayed URL is correct. We are investigating how to best fix this issue.
